Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art developed by Morihei Ueshiba (1883-1969). It represents the essence of “Budo”…a warrior’s method of mental, physical, and spiritual cultivation. Lihu‘e Aiki-Kai, established in 1994, promotes the philosophy and practice of traditional Aikido. Chief instructor is Wesley Shimokawa (808) 635-2454
