Reopening statement
Lihue Hongwanji reopened for in-person Sunday services on June 7, 2020. We will continue in-person Sunday services at 9:00 am as long as Kauai remains safe and healthy. Masks are required, along with a temperature check and physical distancing. We ask that only those people who live in the same household sit together, as recommended by Kauai Mayor Derek Kawakami. Hand sanitizer is available and recommended. All service materials are presented virtually to reduce the need to handle books or handouts.
